Destroying my credit
I was in an accident 13 months ago that was not my fault. I had no help with getting a rental or a hold of the other insurance.
The only help I had was sending them a police report, and that was it. I had to talk to the other insurance company, repair shop, and rental place. I got my car fixed, and then I found out they put on my driver's record that it was my fault. I asked them to take it off as it was not my fault, and I got a runaround.
I had one month left, and I told them if they did not take it off, I would leave that insurance and find another, which I did. I found out they left it on there. I had to show my new insurance it was not my fault.
Now they want money for the last month. They will not talk to me and are now messing with my credit and will not take it off until I pay it.

I made a payment on my policy on January 10th, 2 days before my coverage was scheduled to be cancelled. Even after the payment was made, my coverage was still cancelled at midnight today.

This company is a rip off
Edward Campbell policy number 202-484-****. We made a payment February 21, 2025 through customer service we found out today.
We have no insurance cause we didnt pay that is just wrong. We got proof through the bank That we have paid it. Somebodys taking the money if this matter is not resolved I will continue to talk to the BBB or the Attorney General. This is just wrong.
Why would we lie? Its proof weve got proof.

Claims department doesn't do their job. It's been 3 days and still I've not been contacted about my claim.
I take my car to get an estimate and the guy said he was never paid for the last claim I made on hail damage. I'm so upset and embarrassed.

I've been calling, emailing, and attempting to chat for weeks... zero response, zero help.
Now, I'm 'forbidden' when I attempt to load the site or app... this is insane...

Had to hold to receive a copy of our insurance card for over 7 hours!
Customer Service was helpful, but very slow to receive.
Please note:
I need to file a claim for an accident that occured on Friday, the week before Christmas. I have had to pay several hundred more dollars to the Municipal Impound yard on Railroad Dr, in El Paso, TX because of the delay in reaching customer service.
This was very inconvenient, causing us to miss an important day of work.
Please correct, and call me, so that I may file the claim.. Thank you very much, and have a happy New Year!!!

Answering service sucks
I called around 10 times and the answering service did nothing but take me right around in a circle got hung up on four times the answering service does not provide the correct answers for the service that was needed

Payment
I was behind on last months payment and this months payment. My policy was to be canceled tomorrow If I did not pay it I paid the 515 that I was supposed to pay but now its saying I still owe another 250 making it almost $800 that Im supposed to pay which is not right. I wanna make sure my policy will not be canceled tomorrow because I paid the 515.

Bad Faith Claim
The General doesn’t have an Appeal section to call they will not return calls all customer services does is connect you the same claims person that ask me “ why do you own three cars?” Than she told me that your parent or cable man have the right to rob you if you invited them into your house once

I was at a red light when it happened and the person that hit me was intoxicated
A police report lists fault. If you were even 1% at fault according to the report it goes on your driving record.
"credit and will not take it off until I pay it" You have two choices you silly plank, pay that little bit of change and hope that they clear your credit (for not paying) or try and dispute it with the credit agencies. But you best hurry before you end up in collections(assuming you already aren't there).
